We had no doubt that we wanted to have Oliver on board again when we went to sell our property this past year. He strikes the perfect balance between making sure the sellers are cared for and that we are getting the best out of our sale, while also being honest about what needs to be done. I think he works well with your potential buyers and is very respectful at all steps in the process. We had some difficulties in the sale process that had nothing to do with Oliver and he helped us through with humour and honesty. Highly recommended.
